Cardiff City

Starting 11: Heaton; McNaughton, Hudson, Turner, Taylor; Whittingham, Gunnarsson, Cowie, Gestede, Miller, Mason.

Subs: Marshall, Kiss, Gerrard, Earnshaw, Conway, Naylor, Blake.
