Liverpool and Tottenham are interested in signing Sochaux midfielder Ryad Boudebouz. The Algerian international has enjoyed a fine season in France and has been attracting interest from all over Europe. Bayer Leverkusen and Rubin Kazan are both considering making offers for the 23-year-old attacking midfielder. But the two Premier League giants are interested in Boudebouz and could make a bid for a player whose contract expires at the end of next season.

Liverpool target Diego Capel is being courted by French club Marseille. The 25-year-old Sporting Lisbon midfielder is being closely monitored by a number of sides across Europe, including the Merseyside club and Atletico Madrid. Liverpool are in pole position to land Valencia defender Aly Cissokho. The French international left-back has made no secret of his desire to play in the Premier League and the Reds are in talks with the Spanish side in a bid to land the former Lyon star. Liverpool have announced they have agreed a deal in principle for Iago Aspas. The Spanish striker has been linked with the Reds since the end of the season but a move finally looks set to be completed. Aspas, 25, netted 12 goals in 34 games for Celta Vigo last campaign, playing a part in 51% of their goals through the year. And the forward, who can also play out on the flanks, could be about to become their second signing of the summer following Kolo Toure's arrival.
